We would like to stay there on the next trip, loved its ideal and magnificent location. This brand-new hotel offers good choice of nicely decorated rooms. The restaurant is excellent.

Everything is what i need and want!

Location: the hotel was just next door to the new Punto Valle mall as well as Monterrey. I truly enjoyed the room, it was well-appointed and spacious and with comfortable beds, large bathrooms.

New modern building. Clean rooms. Great staff service. Plentiful breakfast. Ideal location for shops and restaurants. Easy to move around the city. Great mountain views.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I really enjoyed extremely spacious rooms and very attentive staff. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with large screen TV and comfortable beds, for instance and that was great. A shower, hair dryers, and towels was a plus. Its location in Monterrey was great, near the new Punto Valle mall, and Monterrey...

I was blown away by the beautiful, new building and its ideal location. With so many shops and restaurants nearby, it was easy to explore the city. The mountain views from the hotel were breathtaking. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay.

This hotel is a luxurious destination with exclusive amenities that met my expectations. The personnel provided a flawless service, and the Spa centre with Sauna, Jacuzzi and Rooftop pool, exceeded my relaxation needs. The Sun terrace was pristine, offering a panoramic view of the mountains and the outdoor swimming pool. The Leisure and TV room was stylish and spacious. The Restaurant had a diverse menu, serving a delicious in-room breakfast.

There was only one minor issue- the private facilities were not that exclusive, and I expected more from them. However, this hotel is located in an advantageous area, close to many restaurants, shops and attractions.

The free morning coffee and tea were nice touches, and the location was great for exploring the city. The hotel was also close to a variety of restaurants and bars, which was very convenient. the room had a nice view of the city and was reasonably priced.

The room was not very clean when we arrived, and the staff was slow to respond to our requests for additional towels and toiletries. The walls were also very thin, so we could hear our neighbors and their conversations throughout the night.

The parking fees were quite high and disappointed us.

My recent business trip was a great experience. the hotel's modern and beautiful decor is breathtaking. the hotel is situated in a key location, making it easy to access various city locations and restaurants. the hotel had an attentive and polite staff, who were always available whenever required.

The insufficient selection of food options available in the restaurant. Though there were a few available options, I expected more great food choices as the property displayed modern and a very aesthetically pleasing design.
